Shipping Policy

We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS). For orders that weigh less than two pounds, you will find United States Postal Service (USPS) more economical.

International orders are shipped primarily by the most economical method which may be either USPS or UPS.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.

International Shipping & Handling

Canada

For all Canadian shipments, PAR-A-DIGM Inc. will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

PAR-A-DIGM Inc. will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. PAR-A-DIGM Inc. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Please note: We recommend that you choose a shipping method which can be tracked. For non-tracked methods of shipping, PAR-A-DIGM Inc. will not be responsible for lost shipments.

All Other Countries

Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country’s policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. PAR-A-DIGM Inc.will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. PAR-A-DIGM Inc.will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. PAR-A-DIGM Inc.will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. PAR-A-DIGM Inc.will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Please note: PAR-A-DIGM Inc. reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. PAR-A-DIGM Inc.is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling

- Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for your deliveries.
